Over the summer months, staff and Councillor Partridge have committed to work with the property owners and all parties to facilitate this file toward site plan approval with the city planning department. During this time, it has been stressed to the owners that the parking lot and internal roads need to be upgraded, leveled and gravel filled for the residents. The issue of abandoned trailers and safety issues will be addressed by Bylaw Enforcement with the owners and planning department. For this particular file, the site plan is very complex with required conditional agreements needed between the owner and the city. There will be a schedule update meeting for residents in October.
