On October 17th at 1:03 am a vehicle was broken into on Kilonan Crescent. The driver’s side door lock was damaged and electronics taken. Two male suspects were seen fleeing the area in a beige pickup truck. The area was checked with negative results.
Overnight on October 18th several storage containers were tampered with at a business on Brock Road. External locks were cut off but it is still unclear if entry was gained. The scenes of crimes officer attended to collect evidence. The investigation continues including looking into a possible suspect in a silver pickup.
On October 19th between 10:30 pm and 1:30 am suspects broke into various buildings at a business on Brock Road by prying open a window. Minimal property was taken. The scenes of crimes officer attended to collect evidence and review surveillance video. Investigation forwarded to the BEAR unit for review.
Overnight on October 19th suspects took a vehicle from the roadway in front of a residence on Braeheid Avenue. No witnesses at this time.
On October 20th at 10:08 am police were conducting speed enforcement on Regional Road 97 and pulled over a vehicle that had been travelling at a high rate of speed. It was discovered that the driver was a suspended driver. The driver was issued a summons for driving while under suspension.
On October 22nd at 2:00 am neighbours were alerted to the sound of breaking glass at a construction site on Braeheid Avenue. The suspect then fled the area on a BMX style bicycle. He was wearing a grey hoodie and dark pants and carrying a backpack.
