Welcome to another beautiful month of August and ENEWS. The Waterdown Dairy Queen is holding their annual Blizzard Day Fundraiser on Thursday August 8 – fun for the whole family! Thank you to Jayne Scala and the DQ team. There are two important public meetings coming up this August/September. A proposed expansion to the Waterdown Fortinos is being presented on Monday August 19th at the Waterdown Legion, 7-8pm. A new Live, Work, Play residential, healthcare and seniors housing development proposed for the Clappison Power Centre will also be presented on Monday September 23, 6-8pm at the Hamilton Technology Centre. We are also working on a date for a Police Community Update meeting and public secondary plan meeting, both for September/October.
