On March 25 at Waterdown District High School, 6:00 pm – 9:00 pm, join Ward 15 Trustee Penny Deathe and Councillor Judi Partridge discuss and hear public feedback about how to stop bullying and support students. This will be front and centre at all of the community sessions led by the independent experts on the Safe Schools: Bullying Prevention and Intervention Review Panel around Hamilton over the next few months.
Attendees are invited to share their thoughts on what Hamilton-Wentworth District School Board (HWDSB) and its schools should stop doing, start doing or continue doing as it relates to bullying prevention, intervention, reporting and responding in order to maintain a positive school climate. The panel engagement will be framed around healthy school relationships as bullying is about relationships.
