Dear Residents,

The Fortino’s demolition of the adjoining five retail units is scheduled to begin today Monday March 22 for the Waterdown Fortinos expansion project (at 115 Hamilton Street North). The demolition is required to facilitate the construction of the Fortinos expansion, and is estimated to take approximately 4 weeks to complete, weather permitting.

The contractor will use best practices to ensure everyone’s safety during the work and best efforts will be made to minimize disruptions. For any concerns regarding the demolition work or general inquiries about the project, please email DPellegrini@CondorProperties.ca
